Problems raised in the rainy season
Monitoring employees’ time when they work from home isn’t an easy task. During the rainy season, most of the employees chose to work from home, which made it difficult for HR to monitor and calculate their working time and productivity, hence increasing payroll-related issues
The solution to the problem
Working from home led to a lot of frustration for the employees since they were unable to give an account of their work hours leading to a disturbed payroll.
