My dashboard is a consolidated homepage that consists of all the important announcements along with birthdays and work anniversaries so that everyone in the organization is aware of the happenings. It also consists of a list of holidays and events and a popular resources center for the employees to easily navigate through the frequently used modules. Employees can also access their achievements through the dashboard and check which of their colleagues are on leave or working remotely.
